Delaney Twins Conjoined at the Head: Vital Surgery

Abby & Erin Delaney were conjoined at the head and could not survive without this life-saving surgery! They spent 17 months at CHOP. The twins are now four years old and have been in need of extensive medical support. Additional skin expander surgeries have them in Philadelphia for another four months and other times during the year.

Providing ‘Private-Setting’ Housing
Throughout the pandemic, caring people and companies have been helping the nonprofit HfH obtain private lodging for patients traveling to the Greater Philadelphia area for specialized medical care – at hotels, AirBnBs, In-Law suites, corporate apartments, vacant homes and apartments.
Private-setting housing is needed for all lengths of time now into the fall:

Wesley Needed Life-Saving Stem Cell Transplant

Wesley & his mom Whitney traveled from to CHOP in order to receive the critical, life saving stem cell transplant that he urgently needed. Wesley had a rare genetic disease call MPS1. Now, the two of them travel to Greater Philadelphia twice monthly because Wesley must continue his medical journey at CHOP.
